If it goes in your body, there is a chance of side-effects; it doesn't matter what it is, from medicine, to hormones, food and everything in-between, if it did not originate naturally it can be problematic. There are plenty of people who can't take Aspirin or eat peanuts, or they will become very ill; plenty of us can't consume dairy products. While most of all of us can do these things, as we're all unique, various items will affect us all a little differently. For crying out loud, more than 15,000 people die every year due to the use of NSAID painkillers, but we're not concerned with those here; we're merely concerned with Clenbuterol, but the above information is still important to consider.
Clenbuterol Hydrochloride, often referred to as Clen is a potent bronchodilator that promotes fat-loss through its thermogenic nature. Of course, this was not the substances original intent, as a bronchodilator it was originally designed to treat chronic asthma, but its metabolic enhancing capabilities have without question become its most common point of use. A fairly safe fat-burning tool for healthy adults, even so there are Clenbuterol side-effects, and while Clenbuterol side-effects can be controlled and the serious ones can be avoided, we must understand them if we are to supplement successfully. Through responsible and reasonable use, most all healthy adults will find Clenbuterol side-effects to be slightly annoying at best, but as we'll see, if we leave the realm of responsibility they can become quite serious.
Of all the possible Clenbuterol side-effects, and there are not too many, the most prominent surround this substances stimulating nature. When supplementation begins, most people will notice a jittery feeling, almost wired in a sense; it's not uncommon for your hands to shake a little. In many ways, it's like being unaccustomed to caffeine and drinking several cups of coffee. In most cases, this feeling is very manageable, but for some, it can be quite dramatic and quite uncomfortable. For this reason, it is very important to start with small, low doses; most men will find 40mcg per day to be the perfect starting point, with women generally tolerating 20mcg per day extremely well. As time goes by, you will adapt, and your body will become accustomed to the substance; as this occurs the total dosing must increase if you're going to keep losing fat, but with small increases and a body that's already become accustomed, that initially jittery feeling shouldn't occur again at any significant rate. Most will find increases of 20mcg every 2-3 weeks to be perfect; however, it must be noted; some will be so sensitive to the stimulation they cannot supplement.
While the jittery and shaky feeling is the primary of all stimulating Clenbuterol side-effects, there is one more that can be beyond annoying; insomnia. For this reason, it is very important you supplement with most of your Clen early on in the day, and if more than one dose is being administered per day the second dose should be taken no later than three in the afternoon if the individual is going to bed around ten that night; some may find it needs to be even earlier than three. Of course, once again some will be so sensitive they find it extremely difficult to sleep regardless of when they supplement with Clenbuterol. If this is the case, you're simply going to need to find another fat-burning agent, as a good night's rest is far more important than anything Clenbuterol Hydrochloride can provide you.
Clenbuterol has the ability to cause some fairly intense muscle cramps, and this largely surrounds this bronchodilator's ability to significantly deplete taurine. If such cramps occur, it is beyond easy to remedy; most will find drinking a little extra water every day to be remarkably effective, and of course, simply supplementing with taurine can be the answer. Taurine supplementation will without question fix the problem, but again, ensuring you are well hydrated will normally be all you need to do.
Of all the Clenbuterol side-effects we've discussed so far, each one has been very manageable, but we must now address the extreme Clenbuterol side-effects. Clenbuterol can cause cardiac hypertrophy, which refers to the enlargement of the ventricles, and such an effect is extremely dangerous. For the healthy adult who supplements reasonably and responsibly, this effect is virtually impossible, but those who supplement recklessly may find this problem to leave the realm of impossible and enter reality. When this problem occurs in a healthy adult, it is always due to the abuse of Clenbuterol, which can mean doses of an extreme nature or simply supplementation for periods of time that far surpass responsible use. In order to remain safe, you should start with the doses and protocol of supplementation provided above in the "Primary Clenbuterol Side-Effects" section, but you must also consider two more factors. As you will need to increase your dosing as time goes by to continually enjoy the benefits of fat-loss, in-order to remain safe men will need to make 140mcg per day their maximum dosing, while women will need to cut dosing off at the 100mcg per day marking. Further, you should not supplement with Clen for more than 4 months total per year, and you should never supplement with the maximum doses for more than 3 weeks at a time. If you can do these things, you will remain safe; again, we're assuming you're a healthy adult, but if you're not, if you already suffer from conditions that affect the heart in a negative way you should avoid Clenbuterol Hydrochloride completely.
