Love love love these products. Clenbuterol Dosage

No matter what it is, if you're going to put it into your body you need a proper dosing, and by a proper dosing, we mean one that's both safe and effective. Both factors must be present; if it's effective but dangerous this isn't beneficial, but if it's safe and largely ineffective then there's no point in taking it to begin with. When it comes to over the counter medications (OTC), finding the safe and effective dose is easy to do; read the back of the bottle or box and your questions are answered; of course, in some cases, more than you might think there's a problem with OTC meds in this regard. While this is true, we're not concerned with those problems today; we're concerned with performance enhancing supplements; in this case, Clenbuterol and the right Clenbuterol dosage for you.

 Clenbuterol is a bronchodilator used to treat asthma, but its thermogenic nature is what's made it so popular in performance circles; in-fact, this is the most common use of the bronchodilator. With the right Clenbuterol dosage, the individual will enhance his metabolic rate enabling him to burn fat at a higher and more efficient rate. Of course, as we'll see, a Clenbuterol dosage must necessarily change as supplementation periods extend in duration as the body adapts fairly quickly; however, it's not nearly as fast as many people believe. Through our discussion, we'll show you how to plan out such dosages, and provide you the ability to maximize your fat-loss, and with any luck, reach the level of conditioning you desire.  

Initial Clenbuterol Dosage

You're at the beginning, the starting point of your Clenbuterol usage, and in most all cases, there is an initial starting dose that will be perfect regardless of whom you are. It doesn't take a lot of Clen as it's commonly known to get the ball rolling; in-fact, it won't take much at all. In most all cases, most men will need an initial Clenbuterol dosage of 40mcg per day to see results, while most women will need right at 20mcg per day. As time goes by, the body will adapt to these doses, and they must be increased if the fat-loss effects are still going to be enjoyed; in most cases, the total dose will need to increase every 2-3 weeks.

Increasing the Dose

When Clen use begins, most people will feel a little wired, similar to if they had consumed a large quantity of caffeine, but as time goes by, this effect will begin to wane. At this stage, many people increase their Clenbuterol dosage assuming the fat-loss effects are now non-existent; in many cases, they're not entirely correct. Although the wired feeling may have passed, the same Clenbuterol dosage can actually keep the metabolism revved for about 5-6 weeks; no, it won't be as strong at this stage, but it will still be significantly enhanced. Even so, our goal is to keep it fully enhanced, and to achieve this we'll only need to increase the Clenbuterol dosage by 20mcg every 2-3 weeks. For example, after 2-3 weeks of use at 40mcg per day, a man would increase his dose to 60mcg per day, and then hold at this dosing for another 2-3 weeks, whereas a woman would increase her dose from 20mcg to 40mcg per day and hold it there for 2-3 weeks.

Max Clenbuterol Dosage

As we must increase our Clenbuterol dosage every 2-3 weeks in-order to keep our metabolism firing at the highest rate, at some point we will reach a fairly high dosing, and in the name of safety, we must have a cutoff point. For a man, the maximum Clenbuterol dosage will always be 140mcg per day, while women should not surpass the 100mcg per day marking. In either case, if the maximum dosing is reached, you will not want to supplement with this amount of more than 2-3 weeks; if your diet needs to extend past this point you'll find you need to seek out other options for your fat-loss needs. The reason we must not exceed this dose or the duration of use with this dose is because doing so can cause cardiac hypertrophy (enlarged ventricles), and such a condition is not only dangerous, it can be deadly. For the healthy adult, if they stay within the guidelines provided this will not be a concern, but as you can see, the right Clenbuterol dosage in this regard is beyond important.
